Growing Pains: The Tale of a Boston Rapper

For my senior thesis, me and four of my peers set out to produce a documentary about Kei, an up-and-coming Boston rapper. From September to December, we spent 6 weekends shooting and commuting between Boston and Ithaca, gathering 300 hours of footage of Kei and her team. At the beginning of December, we were successful in our goal of premiering a 15-minute cut to the entire communications school, receiving praise from judges and audience members.
